Naturally Raised. Kansas Proud. Family Owned.

At Randall Beef, we're here to help Backyard Grillers, Health-Conscious Families, and anyone who cares about what’s on their plate source high-quality, nutritious beef—with full confidence in where it comes from and how it’s raised.

Our story began with the same concern many of our customers have:

“Is what I’m buying at the store actually good for my family?”

We understand the uncertainty that comes with grocery store labels and the desire for real, reliable food you can trust. That’s why, in 2012, our family made a renewed commitment to raise beef the right way—honestly, sustainably, and with pride—on the same Kansas land that’s been in our family since 1889.

Generations of Hard Work, One Clear Mission

Our roots in Southwest Kansas run deep. It was our great-grandfather who first shaped what is now Randall Beef—instilling in us the values of stewardship, integrity, and care. After a few years away from the cattle business, our father, Jim, restarted our herd in 2012, continuing the family legacy of raising animals with respect and purpose.

Nestled between two creeks, among red hills and rolling prairie, our cattle graze freely across open land. It’s not just beautiful—it’s functional. Every decision we make, every animal we raise, is done with intentional care and transparency.

Why Our Beef Is Different

We don’t take shortcuts. Our animals are raised without hormones, handled humanely, and allowed to grow at a natural pace. That’s how we ensure every cut of Randall Beef is:

  • Packed with real flavor and nutrients
  • You know exactly where it comes from
  • Better for your body and better for the land

Whether you’re stocking your freezer or planning your next cookout, we’re proud to be your trusted source for local, farm-to-table beef.

From Our Family to Yours

We’re honored to serve our community—and proud that so many families have made Randall Beef a staple at their dinner tables. We hope you’ll join us in our mission to raise and share better beef, one meal at a time.

Thanks for choosing Randall Beef. When you support us, you’re supporting a Kansas-grown tradition over 100 years in the making.

  • Ground beef: Up to 1 year
  • Cooked beef (vacuum-sealed): About 2–3 months

Key factors that affect freezer shelf life:
